    1. A player can create only one personal user account. Creating multiple accounts by a player will result in the termination of the accounts and suspension of all payouts. 10. Anti-Fraud Policy

The Company also reserves the right to inform the regulatory bodies of such fraudulent actions:

    1. You warrant that:

13. Withdrawal/Refund Policy

    1. The Casino reserves the right to transfer funds in a different way from the payment method specified by the Player.
    2. Withdrawals from the player account can be made in any way available at the Casino website at the time of withdrawal.
    3. The Standard minimal amount for a withdrawal is €20 or the equivalent amount in any other of our other supported currencies. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you use. If the requested amount of withdrawal exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be paid out in installments. Your withdrawals will be processed as soon as possible, however, please keep in mind that some payment options take up to 5 banking days to process.

In case you provide false Personal Data, the withdrawal can be refused and the Player Account terminated, of which you will be informed by email. If the Player fails to provide the requested documents within two weeks from the date of the request for withdrawal, the withdrawal of funds is canceled, and the Player’s account is disabled. In this case, the Casino has the right to suspect the Player of illegal activities, Casino fraud, provision of false information, cheating, and other fraudulent activities.     9. Refund is a return of funds from the Company’s account to the User’s account, which is initiated and performed by the Company itself. In this case, the bank or processing institution does not participate in the resolution of disputes between the Company and the User.
    10. The Company itself decides on a refund, in this case it does not pay fines to the bank, but loses the commission for transfer and conversion.
    11. Here is an approximate list of reasons why a refund request can be made by the User, if proven:
      • Money has been added to your account by accident
      • Money has been fraudulently taken from your card and staked without your knowing
      • The User did not receive the product or service after making a stake
      • Services have not been fully provided etc.
    12. A refund request can only be considered if it is requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours after the date of the transaction if the funds have not been used on the site.

14. Dormant Accounts

    1. Any inactive Account where the Player’s balance is preserved will be reviewed regularly and we will attempt to notify you through your registered email address of any remaining funds held in your Account. Should an Account remain inactive (no gameplay, transactions, valid withdrawals or deposits) for a period of at least 12 months, it will be classified as ‘dormant’ and a maximum administrative fee of €10 or currency equivalent per month shall be deducted from your Account thereafter. You will receive an email notice at least thirty (30) days before the first deduction. The deductions shall cease should you reactivate your Account but the administrative fees already deducted will not be reimbursed. You can reactivate your account by making one or more wagers or transactions including a valid withdrawal or deposit. 15. Player Responsibility

    1. The User fully understands the provisions contained in this Agreement and is obliged to comply with them.
